Hans

A handmade leather dog bed, designed in Studio Kees’s atelier in the Netherlands. Each hide is selected individually for its quality and natural character, giving every bed its own grain, markings and colour variations.

A discreet zip at the back allows the cover to be removed. With use, the leather softens and develops its own patina.

Produced as a single edition. Size M/L: 97 × 60 × 16 cm. For indoor use.

M/L: 97 × 60 × 16 cm (length × width × height).

The supplier recommends this size as a general guide for medium to large dogs weighing approximately 10–35 kg. Measure your dog from nose to the base of the tail while resting in their usual sleeping position, and allow room to stretch comfortably. Sleeping position and body length are more useful than weight alone.

Individually selected high-quality genuine leather, sourced in limited quantities. Natural grain, small marks and colour variations make each piece unique. Over time, leather develops creases, softens and acquires a patina.

• Wipe with a slightly damp cloth, then dry with a soft dry cloth. Do not soak the leather.
• Do not use soap, detergents or household cleaning products.
• Remove spills, drool and accidents promptly.
• Keep away from radiators, hot spots from underfloor heating and direct sunlight.
• Use a suitable leather care product every few months to keep the leather supple.
• The supplier recommends a leather protection or stain spray before first use and regularly thereafter. Test it on a concealed area first.
