Shipments and returns
Within Greece, orders are shipped via BOX NOW or ELTA Courier. International orders are shipped via DHL, with shipping costs based on the order’s weight and destination country.
Delivery Time
We ship all orders with trusted courier partners. The delivery times below are estimates and are calculated in business days from the date your order has been dispatched.

Important Information
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to customs procedures.
- Orders containing products with different availability will be shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise agreed.
- In-stock products are dispatched within 1 business day. Orders are processed only on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- If your order includes items marked Backorder, it will be dispatched once all items are ready, according to the longest dispatch estimate shown (6–10, 15–25 or 25–35 days). These estimates do not include delivery time to your address.
Shipping Fees
Effective March 1, 2026, all orders placed for delivery to the United States will be shipped on a Prepaid Duties Paid (PDDP) basis. Applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees will be calculated and charged at checkout. No additional customs charges will be due upon delivery.
All orders shipped outside the EU, except those delivered to the United States, are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties and returned to us, original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.
